Robert O’Brian is the Trauma Data Analyst for OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He has worked there since 2006. Bob is a former firefighter/medic and pastors a church as well. Bob has a Bachelor’s of Administration degree and a Masters of Religious counseling.
Deanah Moore works for Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center (Level I Adult, Level II Pediatric Trauma Center) in Toledo Ohio. She has been there 10 years as a Trauma Registrar Coding Specialist. She also is the Regional Data Manager for Northeastern Ohio Regional Trauma Network (NORTN). Deanah has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Majoring in Health Information Management from Owens Community College, and holds certifications of Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR). Deanah has been a member of AOTR since 2009 and served as secretary for two terms. She is a member of the Education Committee as an instructor for the Ohio Trauma Registry Course.
Jessica Johnson is an Application Specialist in Trauma at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. She has been registrar for seven years, working for a Level 1 adult and Level 2 pediatric trauma center in Wichita, Kansas, and at Bethesda North Hospital, Level 3 trauma center, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She obtained a medical billing and coding degree from Kaplan University and an Associates of Sciences and Liberal Arts Degree from Butler College.
Stacey Seibel has worked for Grant Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center) in Columbus, Ohio for three years as a Trauma Registrar Specialist/ Data Analyst. She worked as an intern for a year at Licking Memorial Hospital in the HIM department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management and an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design.
Stacey has been a member of AOTR since 2014 and has served on the auditing committee.
Kelly Harrison is the Manager, Regional Trauma Services at The Health Collaborative. Her role includes management of the regional Tristate Trauma Coalition, bringing together representatives from Cincinnati’s trauma system for periodic meetings and training opportunities. She works as a liaison to coalition member facilities who submit data to the Tristate Trauma Registry, participate in performance improvement activities, and attend trauma-specific education. She has 14 years of trauma system experience and two registry certifications: CSTR (Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry) and CAISS (Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist), in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College.
Ellen Fitzenrider is the Trauma Data Coordinator at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She has served in a trauma data coordinator role for Pediatrics and Adults since 1995. She has participated in ACS verification visits for Level I, II and III trauma centers. Ellen has been an active member in the AOTR member since 1996 and has served as President, Vice President, and Secretary. Currently she is an instructor for the Ohio Trauma Registry Course and an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Coordinator. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Malone College and is certified as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
Gayle Holdgreve has worked at Mercy Health St. Rita’s in Lima, Ohio for 37 years with 26 of those years being in Trauma Services. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Northwestern Ohio and obtained her Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR). She has been a member of the AOTR for 26 years holding the offices of President, Vice President and Secretary. She has served on various AOTR committees and is an instructor for the Ohio Trauma Registry Course.
